About the Opportunity

We’re hiring! We are currently looking for an Account Director to join our team.  This role will focus on a top automotive experiential client. While primarily focusing on Experiential activation development and execution, an understanding of the wide variety of integrated marketing needs is essential. Building and managing relationships with external client stakeholders is essential for success and critical to the ongoing success of our growing agency.

The Account Director will work closely with our experienced Account, Strategy, Creative & Production teams to lead efforts towards helping our clients deliver elevated and luxury experiences. This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for coordinating all aspects of client interaction both virtually and on-site at events. Uniquely for this role, an automotive experiential production background is required, and a true love of the automotive industry is key.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment where you can jump in, quickly figure things out, roll up your sleeves, and actively push the boundaries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will lead a luxury automotive client, which is a long-retained relationship and a tight knit team. This includes owning client satisfaction as well as finding new opportunities for our team to deliver value.
  • Become and remain knowledgeable about assigned clients’ business, including marketing/communication objectives, KPIs, category, competition, etc.
  • Cultivate strategic business opportunities, building key relationships, team leadership and serving as a catalyst for growth among assigned accounts. Seek out opportunities to bring additional value to clients through our capabilities and our extended network.
  • Qualify client requests and develop agreed priorities by balancing level of effort and impact.
  • Manage client expectations with respect to scope of work and campaign status.
  • Lead the brief development process. Lead client briefing sessions and the development of Iris solution proposition. Then take part in the written and verbal creative brief in partnership with strategy counterparts. Lead client presentations, creative feedback, project implementation and scoping/budgeting, and evaluation.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, as a strategic advisor. This role requires regular interaction with C-level clients, so professionalism is essential.
  • Represent the client internally; echoing client goals and business objectives in all deliverables and communication; ensuring that all deliverables exceed client expectations and enhance our reputation.
  • Schedule and lead regular and ad hoc meetings/calls/business reviews with clients.
  • Communicate account successes and issues/challenges/risks in a timely manner both internally and externally. This includes ongoing needs, as well as both internal and external business reviews.
  • Build and maintain trusting client relationships – be an integral part of the project delivery team and transform internal & external challenges into opportunities for growth.
  • Fiscal responsibility for the client as well as for Iris.
  • Proactively pursue opportunities to improve the agency beyond your day-to-day responsibilities. Be energetic about what you do, take pride in your work, and be the one bringing new ideas to the team every week.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Automotive experiential experience – this spans ideation to execution
  • 12 + years’ work experience and deep experience leading a team
  • Keen discernment. You will be representing the company at events and making decisions on its behalf. Professionalism, insightfulness, and remaining calm under pressure are crucial
  • Evidence of effective client management and growth skillset
  • Strong leadership skills and attention to detail 
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple groups, both internally and externally 
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment 
  • Ability to travel for events
  • A hybrid model. 3x/week in office (T-Thursday) minimum for non-event weeks

Associate Creative Director, Art Director

Location: New York, NY

Hybrid: 3 days in-office per week

 

Purpose
You will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and producing compelling creative
ideas that resonate with target audiences and align with our clients' brand identities.

Responsibilities
● Able to function as a leader in the conception, design, and creation of content for
television, print, websites, and multimedia creative on projects assigned by the
Group Creative Director.
● Ability to ensure the quality, craft, and implementation of all work done on given
projects.
● Create exceptional advertising concepts and take responsibility for the art
direction
● Demonstrates the ability to share a compelling POV and sell work to internal
stakeholders and external clients.
● Understands the Client’s business, brand, products, and their customers.
● Must be a player/coach, still creating much of their own work while delegating
and mentoring those around them to produce attention-getting content.
● Is responsible for presenting to clients when needed and structuring selling
arguments for work.
● Strategize with the brand team to anticipate problems, analyze solutions, identify
alternatives, and suggest recommendations.
● Partners with Group Creative Directors and Strategy to inform creative strategies
that will lead to great work.
● Collaborates with other departments, account management, strategy and clients
to ensure extraordinary work.
● Remains current with and ahead of creative trends in the industry & culture.

Creative Director, Copywriter

Location: New York, NY

Hybrid: 3 days in-office per week

 

Purpose

  • Responsible for developing great ideas and the supervision and guidance of the total creative effort of a number of copywriters and/or art directors.

Responsibilities

  • Able to function as a leader in the conception, design, and creation of content for television, print, websites, and multimedia creative on projects assigned by the CCO.
  • Ability to ensure the quality, craft and implementation of all work done on given projects.
  • Ability to manage and mentor team of creatives including conducting performance reviews.

  • Delegates or shares tasks/responsibilities to improve workflow.
  • When necessary, presents creative strategies and concepts to clients, both internal and external.

Professional Skills & Knowledge

With a background in art direction, there must be a demonstrated working knowledge in all forms of media, traditional and nontraditional with familiarity with Macintosh software and the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator with familiarity of .pdf and .jpeg file conversions. Must also demonstrate previous management and or mentoring experience, excellent presentation skills, strong relationship and customer service skills.

Required Experience

  • Experience 10+ years in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency, with strong collaboration with an Art Director for at least two years.
  • Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing work across TV, print, digital, social, and experiential mediums in various industries.
  • Team Management: Ability to manage and inspire a creative team, including Art Directors and Designers, while fostering collaboration.
  • Collaboration: Works well with account and strategy teams to ensure deliverables exceed client expectations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, and Microsoft Office.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal presentation skills to convey ideas effectively.
  • Leadership: Excellent management skills and potential to lead teams toward achieving goals.
  • Adaptability: Flexible in handling changes to briefs and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.

CRM Strategist

Location: Boston, MA

Hybrid: 3 days in-office per week

Salary: $90,000-$120,000

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of CRM Strategy to develop and execute client CRM roadmaps and lifecycle journeys.
  • Manage day-to-day CRM planning, strategy and execution for client accounts across email, direct mail, SMS, push, and in-app.
  • Work with analytics partners to evaluate campaign performance, customer journeys, and retention drivers; translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Recommend growth driving opportunities for CRM programs and campaigns. 
  • Support test & learn agenda: design experiments, measure outcomes, and iterate on CRM programs.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure messaging aligns with audience segmentation and personalization frameworks.
  • Develop presentation materials and deliverables for clients (campaign recaps, journey maps, strategy decks, quarterly business reviews).
  • Assist in building segmentation strategies leveraging 1st- and 3rd-party data; identify opportunities for personalization and automation.
  • Stay current on CRM best practices, marketing technologies, and consumer engagement trends.
  • Ensure successful project delivery (on time, on budget, on scope) in partnership with project management and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and building trusted relationships that foster collaboration and long-term growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email/SMS strategy, or marketing automation (agency or brand-side).
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — able to anticipate needs, bring new ideas forward, and take initiative without heavy direction.
  • Adaptable and practical: able to pivot quickly, balance creativity with execution realities, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with ESPs and CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Dotdigital); strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, journey design, and testing frameworks.
  • Comfortable building decks, documentation, and client-facing materials (Google Slides, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret data and analytics to surface insights, optimize performance, and inform strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to translate complex concepts into clear, client-ready narratives.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with creative, analytics, and project management teams 
  • Familiarity with direct mail, mobile messaging, and multi-channel lifecycle programs is a plus.

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team and help lead the charge on one of our most high-profile and fast-paced clients: Barclays. From Premier League sponsorship activations and Wimbledon hospitality to integrated marketing campaigns across the US Consumer Bank, this role offers exposure to a wide range of projects that span strategy, creative, events, and production.

Your responsibilities:

  • Leading the planning, execution, and tracking of mid- and short-term projects across a variety of deliverables; from strategic presentations and social content to branded event collateral and digital campaigns.
